  Paul was the founding Executive Chairman of Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) in 1998 and served as CEO and Managing Director for 22 years. Under his leadership, Cromwell grew into a global real estate investment manager with over $12 billion in assets under management and more than $5 billion raised in equity. During Paul’s tenure, Cromwell consistently met or exceeded earnings and distribution guidance, ranked as the 6th best performing stock on the ASX, and achieved the 4th highest returns among all global REITs over two decades.

 After exiting Cromwell at the end of 2020, Paul established Stara Real Estate Capital & Advisory, and went on to launch one of Australia’s first Corporate Collective Investment Vehicles (CCIVs) — the Venu Hospitality Fund, focused on Costal Queensland Hospitality assets located in strong growth corridors  — continuing his track record of innovation and leadership in the property investment sector.

 Paul is the Executive Chairman of Corinthia Global Management, a private credit business with interests in the UK, Europe and North America.

 He has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, has overseen major funds management and real estate transactions and has been a responsible officer for licensed financial operations in UK, Singapore and Australia. Paul has extensive real estate, infrastructure, and corporate finance experience. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, combined with his analytical skills, has enabled him to identify and execute lucrative opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
