Formed from the share market crash in 1987, QIC Inc. emerged from the ashes as a non-profit organisation with the primary objective of expanding the skills and investment knowledge of its members.

By becoming a member, investors are able to increase their investment knowledge through guest speakers and member presentations, and also by networking with other self-directed investors.

                                     Lindsay Australia Limited

Mr. Clay McDonald was appointed as CEO of Lindsay Australia Limited on 17 July 2023.

Clay has over 25 years’ experience in the transport and logistics industry, having previously held various positions with Toll and Aurizon. At Aurizon he held senior leadership positions in the Coal, Network and Bulk divisions over a 15-year career including six years as Group Executive Bulk.

Prior to commencing in the Transport and Logistics industry Clay spent 10 years in the Australian Army as an Infantry Officer. He is a graduate of the Royal Miliary College Duntroon, the Australian Defense Force Academy Canberra and saw active service in Somalia in 1993 where he received a Chief of Defense Force commendation for leadership on Operations. 

Clay holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of NSW, a Masters of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School of Advanced Management Program.
