Until recently, Stephen was MD and CEO with Queensland Pacific Metals who are developing the Townsville Energy Chemicals Hub Project.  As NED, he is continuing to lead the development of the TECH Project

Most recently he was Chief Technical Development Officer at Clean TeQ.  Prior to that, Stephen worked with Rio Tinto where he was Chief Advisor - Processing, having global responsibility for Rio Tinto’s process development, operations technical support and investment advice.  Before that, he worked with BHP where he was Global Technology Manager - Minerals Separation & Hydrometallurgy.

    Mr. Paul Williams

Mr Williams holds both Bachelor of Arts and Law Degrees from the University of Queensland and practised as a corporate and commercial lawyer with Brisbane legal firm HopgoodGanim Lawyers for 17 years. He ultimately became an equity partner of HopgoodGanim Lawyers before leaving the partnership to join Eastern Corporation as their Chief Executive Officer in August 2004. In mid-2006 Mr Williams joined Mitsui Coal Holdings in the role of General Counsel, participating in the supervision of the coal mining interests and business development activities within the multinational Mitsui & Co group. He was appointed Managing Director of Chinalco Yunnan Copper Resources (the pre-curser to AuKing) in 2013.
