Monik has 33+ years of funds management experience in international and Australian equity markets working in London, New York and Sydney. Prior roles included senior portfolio manager at Investors Mutual Limited on their flagship Australian Share fund and senior portfolio manager with BT Funds Management Limited managing their European Equity and Global Small Cap funds. Monik was a key member of the IML Investment Team awarded Fund Manager of the Year Australian Equities in 2002 and 2003 by Money Management and more recently, in his current role as chief investment officer, Insync were awarded Emerging Manager of the Year in 2020 by Money Management.
