Benjamin Goodman is a true property professional with decades of experience and significant qualifications. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Law, a Master of International Law and is in his final semester of study for his postgraduate law degree. Ben has developed a strong reputation as an expert in strata title property, having set up many new strata title developments and managed hundreds of Bodies Corporates.
Ben has held roles as Regional Manager of a national strata management company and General Manager of a large Queensland firm, which when combined with legal training, gives him the ability to help lot owners and committees navigate the confusing legislation and politics of Body Corporate investment, rather than simply quoting legislation.
Ben operates Body Corporate Consulting, offering hands on dispute resolution, Body Corporate strategy planning, caretaker reviews, advice and training. The slogan of Body Corporate Consulting, “Solutions not Suits” TM speaks to Ben’s practical and down to earth attitude to dealing with strata title challenges and disputes.
Recently Ben obtained national mediation accreditation and offers a professional mediation service specialising in Body Corporate disputes. He is also a co-founder of Strata Nest, a new purpose-built strata management franchise system for real estate agencies to add strata management to their range of local services with full support.
