Declan is the founding Managing Director of People Infrastructure. People Infrastructure (ASX:PPE) is a diversified workforce solutions firm delivering a wide range of services to Australian businesses across four main sectors including healthcare, community services, industrial services and information technology. People Infrastructure has a track record of successfully acquiring and growing businesses through leveraging its core capabilities in the sourcing, skilling, deployment and management of workforces.
Mr Sherman has a distinguished history in financial services and operational consulting. In 2010, Mr Sherman founded Everlight Capital in New York, a leading boutique consulting and investment firm operating throughout the Americas. Between 1999 and 2010, Mr Sherman worked in the private equity and investment banking divisions of Macquarie Group in both Sydney and in New York.
