Wagners Holding Company (ASX: WGN)

Denis Wagner, along with father Henry and brothers John, Neill and Joe established construction materials & infrastructure company Wagners in 1989.

Wagners started in Toowoomba as a small concrete operation and today is considered one of Queensland's greatest success stories.

Denis has been responsible for most of the family business' construction projects, including Toowoomba's Wellcamp Airport, which opened in late 2014.

The family floated part of their business on the ASX in December 2017 with the newly listed entity, Wagners Holding Company. It is set to continue supplying construction materials to projects in some of the most remote parts of Australia and the world.

It is necessary to register for the meeting by 10:00 am on the Friday before the meeting.
