Formed from the share market crash in 1987, QIC Inc. emerged from the ashes as a non-profit organisation with the primary objective of expanding the skills and investment knowledge of its members.

By becoming a member, investors are able to increase their investment knowledge through guest speakers and member presentations, and also by networking with other self-directed investors.

Giovanni is a Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the People and Culture Committee at Jumbo Interactive Limited, an ASX 300 company as well as General Manager of Investor Relations at Technology One Limited, an ASX 50 company.

 

Giovanni is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience working in various management and consulting roles for large listed lottery, gaming, and tech businesses in Australia, South Africa and Canada. He previously was General Manager of Corporate Advisory at Tyro Payments Limited (TYR: ASX) overseeing the Legal, Company Secretarial, Financial Advisory and Investor Relations divisions from October 2020 to January 2024 and Head of Investor Relations at Tatts Group Limited prior to their merger with Tabcorp Holdings Limited in 2018.

 Giovanni is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
